Our youth need to be Engaged
Professionals in the health field recommend that you get at least an hour of physical activity everyday. This is commonly overlooked in the school system today. Regular exercise makes you feel less stressed, improves self-esteem, and assist in healthy sleep patterns. Unfortunately, our youth aren't afforded this courtesy. Due to overcrowding in the schools, their isn't enough space.
Options
Everyday our youth are given options to choose which sport they would like to take part in. It's important for them to decide because in day to day life as they become adults they will have to make conscious decisions.
With technology at its peak, the youth miss interacting with there peers too often. The programs implemented in the Golden AARK also assist in getting everyone back to developing interpersonal skills. |

Needs
We, at the Golden A.A.R.K believe that physical fitness is very important. It's not to say that everyone will look the same as our depicted models out there. It is simply that, we realize as a people we need to be health conscious. We would like to afford our youth a place to work out as soon as we've obtained our own facility in the coming year.
